This base costume was purchased to match in a cosplay duo for Neptune/Uranus. I focused on elevating this purchased piece by curating high-quality accessories from various sellers and upgrading the overall fit of the costume. I was inspired by Neptune's design from Sailor Moon Crystal for my accessory and colour choices.
